I had a nail break and Amy was off and Michael (owner of Mint Nail &Spa) personally fixed my nail with awesome Customer Service. Michael is a New Business Owner here all the way from Maryland. Stop in and welcome his Business to Heathrow and Lake Mary. Michael comes to Lake Mary from Maryland where he Owned his successful business for 23 years. Woke up and decided to get a mani pedi. I chose this place because of the reviews I saw and I was not disappointed. Walking in I noticed the place was very clean and bright. I was warmly greeted by Michael the owner and sat down to have my pedicure. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and my tech did a wonderful job. Michael actually did my manicure and he also did an amazing job. Besides the great experience everything was reasonably priced. I will definitely come back and recommend anyone in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area to go and see what Mint Nail and Spa has to offer. ~ Adrianna L

I had to quickly find a new nail tech and my friend recommended Danny at Mint! I’m so glad I trusted her. Danny was fantastic and checked in on me many times during my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything. He also explained to me why he was using a certain technique to help protect the integrity of my natural nails. My nails came out perfect!! The salon was so clean. All of the staff were very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. The owner also stopped by during my appointment to check in and he was so sweet! Tracy nailed it. Her care and attention to detail made me a loyal customer on the spot. I’d been searching for a good nail tech, and I can’t recommend her enough. My last appointment at another salon left my nails rough, uneven, and sloppy—but Tracy fixed everything. The shape, the smoothing, the finish is flawless. I wanted the cateye look, and she even helped me choose the perfect shade of pink for my skin tone. She offers lots of designs and styles, but I love a classic look. Mint Nails and Spa is the Best salon !! I have been going consistently now for about 2.5 years and still love it. Michael and Tracy (Owners) are truly the best . The product quality and selection for services is excellent. The salon is very clean , beautiful and professional. All I can say is Evan! Ask for Evan he is amazing. I have spent years doing my own nails cause I can't get a tech that actually listens to what I want and doesn't rush to get to the next person. Evan gave me good suggestions for solutions that I've been asking for. He took time to address my cuticles which is my pet peeve and I can't even express how happy I am with the job he did . I’ve been going to this place for a few months and I love it. I was searching for a good nail salon for awhile and since I’ve been going to Mint Nails I’ve always had a good experience at every appointment! I typically see Tracy and she’s wonderful. Very professional and a perfectionist with her work. Today I saw Tiffany who did my pedicure and it was so relaxing for me. I’m very pregnant so I needed that pedicure and a massage for my toesies. We needed 3 pedicures on a Sunday. We tried to go to another popular nail spot on the same road and encountered a very rude front staff who stated they couldn’t accommodate us until the next day. We found Mint Nail Spa and Michael the owner set up our 3 pedicures so we headed over there within 5 min he had everything ready when we got there. Michael is an absolute artist! He and his wife are absolutely wonderful! I have been getting my nails done for years and I recently moved to Lake Mary, I thought I was going to struggle finding a nail artist who could fit my needs and not leave my fingers bleeding. God blessed my nails on the first attempt in my new home with Michael. They recently opened their lovely salon and it is always festive with holiday decorations. New, clean, and wonderful! New owners have purchased and remodeled this salon and my experience was so good that I feel like sharing. The salon is immaculate! Never been to a place so clean! Everything is new including the chairs, and they have a large variety of products, services and colors. I got the Volcano pedicure and a full-set with Tracy. Shee was amazing! Service was superb. Greeted by a gentlemen at the front in a timely manner. I had to wait a few minutes but that was fine, I didn’t have an appointment. The pedicure was the best I’ve had in a while. The lady that did it was friendly. The water temp was good, chair comfortable; I was also offered a beverage. She took her time on my feet and paid attention to detail; polish was done good. The best! It's so hard to find a nail salon that checks all my boxes (cleanliness, experience, and quality of work), but I couldn't be happier that I finally found "the one" at Mint. First off, Michael (owner) is extremely professional and remembers clients by name. That might not seem like a huge deal, but it adds to the experience and makes me feel valued as a customer. The staff is also friendly: Chloe, Danny, and Theresa are so sweet! Finally, I cannot speak more highly about Tracy. Her attention to detail, shaping, and design skills are unmatched. Before going to Mint, I would always leave nail salons feeling bit disappointed because the quality of the work was never impressive. It might look good at first glance, but there were always imperfections that would bug me. That is not the case with Tracy's work - my nails are literally perfect and I get compliments on her work. Plus, they remain beautiful for nearly a month which is unheard of for me and makes it worth the money. I really am so happy to have found Mint and highly suggest checking it out! ~ Sydney &

I just tried the new Mint Nails enjoyed a fantastic pedicure. The experience was incredibly relaxing and clean, and Yvon, the technician, was exceptional. My husband and I have been going to Mint nails for over a year now. Michael is always professional, greeting you with a smile every time. I get a dip and it usually would not last 2 weeks. With the product Michael uses I can go 3-4 weeks and it looks great the entire time. Tracy is also great, best massage and pedicure ever. Everyone at the spa is very friendly and professional. Well it's been a year and this place is even more amazing. They really know how to take care of their customers. Nice to have a place that after talking to you they check in with you on your next visit. Nice to have a place to goes that really does care and listens to their customers. If you want a friendly, clean and amazing service you need to head over to Mint Nails & Spa in Lake Mary Fl. This place is amazing. I use to go to a different salon and found Mint. I’m so glad I tried them. The salon is very clean and the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been seeing Amy and let me tell you she is AMAZING !!!!!!! I’ve had problems with ingrown toenails so a very longtime. Amy is so good and can’t even tell when she’s cutting them out. If you have ingrown toenails problems then you know how painful it can be to cut them. Like I said AMY when she’s cutting them it’s amazing. The owner Michael is extremely friendly and what impressed me he remember my name after my first visit. If you’re looking for a new place take my advice and give them a try you will not regret it. My long-time nail technician, Evan, just moved to this salon. The salon is clean and well set up, and all of the staff were friendly. Evan is always particular about his work, and very careful/mindful of the recurring ingrown nails on my big toes.
